According to the news, the laptop will run via Jio SIM in the laptop, i.e. no dongle will need. A 13.3 inch screen laptop will specially designed for people traveling. It focuses on web browsing and will have 4G connectivity. According to the report, VoLTE support for voice calling will also provided.
According to the report of the Phone Radar, Reliance Jio May Launch 4G Laptop. However, there is news of the SIM slot given in the left side of this laptop.

Reliance Jio May Launch 4G Laptop can shipped with Windows or Chrome OS. In this there is a rumour that it will support multi OS where, Chrome OS with Android app support. Its screen will be full HD and will have an HD camera for video calling.
Although this will not be for a performance laptop i.e. heavy use. Therefore it will give an Intel Pentium quad core processor. It can give 4GB or 6GB RAM apart from it, just like the Apple MacBook, 64GB eMMC or 128GB SSD drives can give. It has said in the reports that its weight will 1.2 kg and it will at 12.2mm slick thin with magnesium alloy body. Also its keyboard will slim with chiclet buttons as like of Apple’s MacBook.

It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi launched the Mi Notebook Air 4G laptop last year with 4G connectivity. It has speed support of 150Mbps and also supports Cat4. For this, Xiaomi has tied up with China Mobile, which gives 4GB of data every month. If you look at this concept, then Reliance Jio will launch its own special laptop, clubbed with its own Jio 4G Sim in-built.
However, Reliance Jio has not officially said anything about the laptop yet.

Recently, the alleged pictures of the Jio Set Top box have leaked. It is believed that in the next few months it will launch with special features. Jio Set Top box is Hybrid Box with conventional DTH support and Internet Protocol television (IPTV) support.
